Jehovah Nissi, The Lord is My Banner (Silk Worship Flags, 360 Spin Rods), Exodus Vol. 2 Collection
This worship flag is a part of the Exodus Collection, a 2 part series and time limited release of weapons of war inspired by the account of deliverance of the Israelites from Egypt by the mighty signs and wonders of Yahweh God as presented in the book of Exodus. Each piece has been carefully crafted to reflect a moment of the journey or an aspect of the nature and character of God. This flag is a declaration of the name of God, Jehovah Nissi, which means The Lord is My Banner. The flag depicts the very moment that defined Jehovah Nissi before the Israelites, when they faced the Amalekite army, as Moses raised his staff, the battle went in their favor, when he lowered the staff the army started to be defeated. As long as he held up the staff of God they were victorious. When his arms grew tired, Aaron and Hur held his hands up to keep the staff lifted, a sign that it was not the strength of Moses that won the fight, but the divine strength from God. The flag has many spontaneous symbols that appeared during creativity with the Holy Spirit including Mountains representing Mount Sinai, and the secret place of meeting where the glory cloud rested, and Moses standing in the center of the flag with the staff of God raised aboce his head.
*This flag is one of a kind and cannot be recreated but due to the special nature of the flag will soon be available as a digital print for the general body of Christ. *
Scriptures: “Then Amalek came and fought with Israel at Rephidim. So Moses said to Joshua, “Choose for us men, and go out and fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the staff of God in my hand.”So Joshua did as Moses told him, and fought with Amalek, while Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.Whenever Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed, and whenever he lowered his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses' hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.And Joshua overwhelmed Amalek and his people with the sword.
Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this as a memorial in a book and recite it in the ears of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”And Moses built an altar and called the name of it, The Lord Is My Banner, saying, “A hand upon the throne of the Lord! The Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.” - Exodus 17;8-1
